Rockland Trust has added Jeffrey (Jeff) Rathkamp and Tony Pascuccio. Both join the Bank in the role of Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer in the Danvers, MA office. They will focus on developing and cultivating commercial and industrial lending relationships for the North Shore.

Rathkamp, with nearly three decades of experience working in the financial services industry, is an expert in commercial lending including specialty finance related to the energy sector. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, he was a Vice President at People’s United Bank covering general industries. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Huntington Bank as well as at Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank). With Rockland Trust, he will cover general industries with a focus on financing non-profits. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
Pascuccio brings over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, he is not only an expert in lending, management, and development, but he also designed training and continuing education for fellow sales teams to achieve business goals. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Pascuccio was at Peoples United Bank as a Senior Vice President, where he developed a variety of Commercial Real Estate Mortgages, Commercial Lines of Credit, Equipment Loans and Small Business Administration (SBA) loans including 504, 7A, and Express Lines Of Credit. Pascuccio earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State University. He also has a variety of certificates from Babson College and Merrimack College.
