Jessi McMillen has joined SLR Equipment Finance as Assistant Vice President - Risk. In her new role, McMillen will utilize her prior experience in credit analysis and financial services to help grow SLR Equipment Finance’s evolving financial solutions platform.

McMillen began her career working at Polk County Bank, working across various segments. She later joined KeyBank underwriting middle market transactions and then moving to asset-based lending transactions. McMillen has 17 years of experience in financial services.
