Maxus Capital Group is pleased to announce that Kyle Seychel has joined our team as the Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences / Commercial Real Estate Sectors.

In this role, Seychel will be responsible for cultivating new relationships to drive equipment, leasehold and real property improvements, and working capital financing opportunities in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Commercial Real Estate Sectors.

Seychel has extensive experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Commercial Real Estate Sectors.  In his two most recent positions at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, he has exclusively focused on commercial real estate investment sales and equity, debt, and structured finance (EDSF) transactions. He comes to Maxus Capital Group with a depth of Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Commercial Real Estate relationships including but not limited to local and national healthcare providers, M&A private equity sponsors, investors, developers, brokers, tenants and vendors with a focus on the middle markets.

Seychel is a graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He resides in Denver, CO.
