Oakmont Capital Services Hires CFO, Promotes Two Sales Team Leaders

Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) is rapidly growing and has hired a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and promoted two sales team members to keep pace with its increased financing volume. OCS welcomes CFO George Krusen Jr. M. Acc, CPA, FMVA, and announced the promotions of Tatum Noreen, CLFP, to Inside Sales Supervisor and Tracy Schneider, CLFP, to Finance Coordinator Supervisor.?

"We are off to a running start in 2023, and business calls for more support on OCS' leadership team," said President and CEO Joe Leonard, CLFP. "We are happy to welcome George to oversee our finance team while simultaneously promoting Tatum and Tracy, who will lead their respective teams on the sales side."

Krusen?is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years of experience in the leasing industry across various roles, including leadership positions. As CFO, Krusen is responsible for the financial modeling, implementation and reporting of the company's business strategies. He will also identify the capital forms and requirements needed to achieve the company's desired rate of return through custom pricing models. He oversees modeling syndications, securitizations, and debt to support strategic business plans. He will support the accounting function by developing and implementing controls and financial reporting and accelerating OCS’ new digital journey.

"I am glad to join the OCS family and collaborate with my team to elevate the financial processes," said Krusen. "I will focus on the digital transformation of the financial and operations procedures to ensure the integrity of results and to drive business objectives."

OCS also promoted two employees from the Albany, MN office.

Noreen will take on the role of Inside Sales Supervisor. In her new position, she is responsible for training and managing the Account Management team. She ensures that each repeat customer is assigned an Account Manager they can rely on to help with any questions or financing needs. She also supports her team by providing the tools, training, and processes for success – as a group and individually.

Schneider was recently promoted to Finance Coordinator Supervisor. She will supervise OCS's team of experienced Finance Coordinators in her new role. This team is responsible for assisting OCS’ Business Development Officers, helping to facilitate application and funding packages to complete deals quickly and accurately.
