Encina Equipment Finance (EEF) announced that Sean Kilfoyle has joined its Capital Markets team as Vice President.

In his new role with EEF, Kilfoyle will assume responsibility for the syndication efforts related to commercial equipment loans and leases. He will report to Martin Ferguson, EEF’s Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets.

Kilfoyle joins EEF from Key Equipment Finance, where he was a Vice President Of Capital Markets and was responsible for the syndication efforts for new equipment loans and leases across the market. Prior to that role, Kilfoyle held numerous positions within the capital markets team during his time at Key Equipment Finance.
