Equipment Finance Cares (EF Cares) held its inaugural EF Cares Charity Golf Tournament last week at the Rockland Country Club in Sparkill, NY. Over 100 equipment finance professionals attended, representing 54 different organizations.
“We were excited with the great turnout that we had at inaugural event,” said Jesse Johnson, President of Consult Disrupt and founder of Equipment Finance Cares. “Shawn Arnone, Blair Dawson and the rest of the Golf Committee did an amazing job putting on our first golf event to raise money for the newly formed EF Cares Charitable Fund.”
EF Cares is a 501(c)(3) organization that has hosted over 400 equipment finance professionals from 150 different organizations since its inception in 2021. EF Cares has showcased and donated over $60,000 to 30 different charities and foundations.
The EF Cares Charitable Fund was created to support charitable organizations on their day of giving, special events, as well as one-off requests to support members in the equipment finance community. Individuals may apply by going to equipmentfinancecares.com and submitting a fund request form.
