FMI Equipment, an equipment dealer, announced a leadership change. Dave Kopp, the company's President and founder, stepped down as President. Brett Davis assumed the role as FMI Equipment’s President. Kopp will remain with FMI as its Chief Development Officer.

“Dave has built a strong business and cultivated numerous relationships in the industry; it is an honor for me that he has chosen me to be his successor. I am pleased that Dave has agreed to stay with FMI to continue to support and grow the company,” Davis said

Davis worked at CNH Industrial for over 25 years in various leadership roles, including leading New Holland North America, a leading Agricultural and Construction brand and CNH Industrial Capital, the fifth largest equipment finance company in North America.

"It has been an incredible journey building FMI Equipment, and I am proud of what we have accomplished,” said Kopp. “I am confident that Brett is the right leader to guide the company through its next chapter. His wealth of experience and strategic vision will undoubtedly drive FMI Equipment to new heights.”
