Stearns Bank Bolsters Leadership Team with Strategic Hires in Branding, Commercial Lending

Stearns Bank announced the appointment of two accomplished professionals to its executive team. Marlice Johnson joins Stearns Bank as Chief Brand Officer, while Maggie Rivera assumes the role of Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Inclusion.

As Chief Brand Officer, Johnson brings a wealth of experience in brand strategy, marketing and communications to Stearns Bank. With a proven track record of elevating brand presence and driving growth, Johnson will lead initiatives to strengthen Stearns Bank's brand identity and enhance customer engagement across all touchpoints.
