Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work have honored First American Equipment Finance as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in New York. This is First American’s ninth consecutive year being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at #3 in the small & medium category (10-999 FTE).

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces in New York List, Great Place To Work collected nearly 145,000 confidential survey responses from employees at eligible companies. In that survey, 98% of colleagues at First American said it is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

The Best Workplaces in New York list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of role or status within the organization.
