Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL) announced the launch of its new customer portal, designed to provide customers with valuable tools to enhance the TEL customer experience.
The portal offers a comprehensive, real-time overview of equipment, including equipment status, maintenance and repair tracking and document access. A key feature—equipment location tracking—enables customers to monitor applicable assets in real time using interactive maps and location data.
“The new portal gives our clients a complete view of their account, including equipment and contract information, which helps them plan for future growth,” said Brandon Lairsen, Vice President of Fleet Leasing at TEL.” Lairsen went on to say that the ability to download essential lease documents, invoices, and regulatory certificates adds another layer of convenience and efficiency. "This is the next phase in the evolution of the TEL360 Advantage.”
These enhancements are a result of TEL’s ongoing commitment to delivering added value and time-saving functionality for customers, further enhancing the customer experience.
