FORT Capital Resources Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Appointments

August 14, 2025, 06:58 AM

FORT Capital Resources, an independent finance company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, announced the expansion of its leadership team with two key appointments: Traci Wroblski as Director of Finance & Operations and Alice Rehm as Director of Marketing & Partner Success. These additions reflect FORT’s commitment to strengthening its internal infrastructure while scaling its growing network of OEM and SaaS partners.

Wroblski brings over 20 years of experience leading operations in high-growth finance environments. Most notably, she played a key role at VAR Resources from its early stages of growth through its successful acquisition by LEAF. During her tenure, she expanded her responsibilities to cover accounting, HR, operations, and finance, ensuring performance and compliance at every stage. Most recently, as VP of Operations at VAR Technology Finance, she contributed to scaling the business through its acquisition.

Her deep expertise in equipment finance, combined with her commitment to excellence, makes her the ideal fit to drive FORT’s continued expansion. At FORT, she will be responsible for finance compliance and operational improvements to ensure the company’s processes and systems are built to scale in line with demand.

“Traci has already made a huge impact," said Brian Fleming, CEO of FORT. "She’s brought structure, clarity, and momentum to our operations. Her consistency and disciplined approach to building efficient systems for compliance, along with her great attitude, is exactly what we need as we grow."

Wroblski added, “FORT has solid leadership, a clear value proposition, and a real commitment to the customer experience. I’m excited to be a part of the team and help build on the foundation that's here.”

Rehm joins FORT after leading marketing at Leasepath, a category-defining SaaS provider in the equipment finance space, where she shaped the company’s positioning and customer engagement strategy. Her background spans education, fintech, B2B SaaS, and startup growth—bringing a blend of strategic brand development and hands-on enablement.

In her new role, Rehm will lead go-to-market strategy, co-marketing with vendor partners, and partner success initiatives across FORT’s vendor partner ecosystem. She will play a key role in helping vendor partners activate embedded finance and accelerate deal velocity with capital available at the point of sale.

“Alice has a rare ability to connect strategy to execution and message to market,” said Fleming. “She brings a forward-thinking lens that will help our partners grow faster and serve their customers better.”

“FORT’s combination of modern finance tools, embedded technology, and a positive-sum culture makes it a perfect fit for someone who doesn’t fit neatly into boxes,” said Rehm. “We’re at an exciting stage of growth, and I’m all in on the mission to build the most seamless vendor finance program offering in the industry.”
