Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work have selected First American Equipment Finance as one of the 2025 Best Medium Workplaces (under 1,000 FTE). This is First American’s 10th time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at #15. Earning a spot means that First American is one of the best companies to work for in the country.
To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place to Work analyzed the survey responses of over 228,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified companies with 100 to 999 U.S. employees. In that survey, 98% of colleagues at First American said it is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
The Best Medium Workplaces award is highly competitive. Great Place To Work determines its lists using its proprietary platform to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on over 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 8.4 million employees this year alone. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifier.
