Tamarack Unveils TrailView 3.0 with Advanced Portfolio, Data Management Features

Tamarack Technology Inc. has announced enhancements to its popular TrailView Customer Service Portal. Designed to provide greater transparency, efficiency and customer engagement, TrailView 3.0 introduces a suite of features that simplify portfolio management and elevate the user experience.

“TrailView 3.0 represents a significant step forward in how equipment finance companies can leverage data and digital tools to improve service, customer retention and repeat business,” said Timothy Appleget CLFP, director of SaaS products at Tamarack Technology. “We’ve listened to our customers and added new capabilities that not only make day-to-day operations easier but also help deepen relationships with borrowers and clients.”

Launched in 2022, TrailView was developed to facilitate, automate and improve communication between lessors and customers by providing 24/7 access and streamlined workflows to boost service productivity and satisfaction. The platform consists of a customer-facing portal and an administrative portal for customer service representatives (CSRs).

With TrailView 3.0, customer-facing enhancements include:

  • Multi-contract Landing Page – Lenders can now view all active and historical contracts tied to a customer on one screen, simplifying portfolio oversight and accelerating decision-making.
  • Expanded Data Views – Users gain access to detailed asset information and advanced payment history displays, creating a clearer picture of performance and risk.
  • Document Exchange Portal – Customers can securely request, upload and retrieve documents directly within TrailView, eliminating inefficiencies of email and paper-based communication.

“These three enhancements are all about making the customer experience more intuitive, transparent and efficient,” said Appleget. “By giving lenders and their customers better access to information and easier ways to interact, TrailView 3.0 strengthens relationships and creates a smoother journey for everyone involved. In fact, in recent months, data shows record-level use numbers, reflecting higher adoption and savings for users of 1.5x to 2x the cost of an FTE.”

The new features underscore Tamarack’s commitment to equipping finance professionals with modern tools that maximize portfolio value and improve customer experience. Already in use by multiple equipment finance companies, TrailView 3.0 integrates seamlessly with existing platforms and is supported by Tamarack’s expert data and implementation team.
