Aztec Leasing Inc. announced it has engaged Consult Disrupt to support the selection and implementation of a new lease accounting platform as part of the company’s continued operational and strategic growth.

Consult Disrupt partnered with Aztec Leasing through a structured discovery and evaluation process, documenting current operational workflows, future-state requirements, and integration needs. The engagement included coordinating and participating in vendor demonstrations, delivering side-by-side platform comparisons, and negotiating contract terms with the selected software provider.

Following platform selection, Aztec Leasing expanded the engagement to include implementation support and fractional system administration. Consult Disrupt is leading project execution, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and supporting system configuration, testing and go-live planning as Aztec moves through implementation.

“We selected Consult Disrupt because they operate as subject matter experts and true partners,” said Rodney Jones, CFO of Aztec Leasing. “Their understanding of the equipment finance industry and hands-on experience supporting software selection positioned them well to support us as we move into implementation.”

“Selecting and implementing a core platform requires both strategy and execution,” said Jesse Johnson, President of Consult Disrupt. “Our role is to partner closely with Aztec Leasing and run the implementation in a way that doesn’t require them to add headcount or pull internal resources away from day-to-day operations. We focus on execution so their people can stay focused on serving customers and supporting growth.”

The engagement reflects a collaborative, vendor-neutral approach designed to align technology decisions with real business needs while supporting long-term scalability and operational efficiency
