Elite Equipment Rentals (“Elite”), a provider of specialized equipment rentals and services, announced the acquisition of ISG Inc. and ISG Rents (collectively “ISG”), a well-established provider of equipment distribution and rental services in the Mid-Atlantic region.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Elite's continued national expansion, strengthening its geographic footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers with greater speed, availability and localized support.

With ISG's strong regional presence, built over more than 40 years of service to municipalities and contractors across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and beyond, Elite will expand both its rental and parts & service capabilities, delivering increased fleet availability and improved responsiveness to customers across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets.

“This acquisition represents a transformational step forward for Elite as we continue to grow our national footprint. The combination of Elite Equipment and ISG will diversify our geographic footprint, vendor partners, and customer base while meaningfully enhancing the combined offerings,” said Chris Chapman, CEO, Elite Equipment Rentals. “ISG has built an outstanding reputation with a loyal customer base, and we are excited to build on that foundation, bringing expanded resources, enhanced service capabilities, and additional equipment solutions to customers across the region.”

“Joining forces with Elite is an exciting next chapter for ISG and for the customers we’ve served for over four decades,” said Ben Jones, President, ISG. “This partnership brings greater resources and expanded capabilities to our team and our customers, while preserving the local relationships and expertise that have always defined who we are.”

“We’ve spent 40 years earning the trust of our customers and communities,” said Eric Rocchiccioli, President, ISG. “Aligning with Elite means we can keep delivering the high-touch, expert service our customers count on, with the backing of a larger national platform and an even deeper bench of equipment and support.”

ISG will continue to operate under its existing brand in the near term, with plans to integrate into the Elite platform over time. This approach ensures continuity for customers and employees while enabling a seamless transition and long-term growth.

Customer Benefits

  • Expanded equipment fleet and availability across both regions
  • Faster response times and improved service coverage
  • Enhanced parts, service, and support capabilities
  • Continued relationships with trusted local teams

The acquisition reinforces Elite’s commitment to strategic growth, operational excellence and delivering best-in-class solutions to customers nationwide.
