JDR Solutions announced several leadership promotions that reflect the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional service and expertise to the equipment finance industry.
The promotions recognize team members who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, operational excellence, and deep industry knowledge across JDR’s portfolio management, administration and technology divisions.
Jennifer Schultz, Executive Vice President – Jennifer will lead JDR’s Portfolio Solutions department, bringing 30 years of equipment finance industry experience and 30 years of expertise with the InfoLease platform. Since joining the company in January 2002, she has played a key role in helping clients address complex operational challenges and achieve long-term success. This promotion recognizes her leadership, industry knowledge and significant contributions to the growth and success of the organization.
Ellen Mueterthies CLFP, Vice President, Portfolio Solutions – Mueterthies will lead JDR’s Portfolio Solutions ASPIRE team, leveraging her deep platform expertise and strong client relationships to support successful implementations and operational excellence. With more than 35 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, including 13 years working with the ASPIRE® application and five years at JDR Solutions, this promotion recognizes her leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to the organization and its clients.
Loretta Williams, Vice President, Administration – With more than 25 years of experience optimizing business operations and administrative sectors, Williams has turned complex operational challenges into structured, scalable success that has strengthened internal operations. Through elite organizational governance, sharp critical thinking, and decisive leadership, Williams will continue focusing on process improvement, efficiency, and building resilient administrative and operational infrastructures that streamline workflows and position JDR for sustainable growth.
Mike Fuller, Chief Technology Officer – Fuller brings more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives and driving operational excellence for global organizations. In his new role, he will oversee JDR Solutions’ technology strategy, innovation initiatives, and technical operations, while strengthening the company’s technology infrastructure. This promotion reflects his outstanding leadership and commitment to driving growth and technical advancement across the organization.
