PEAC Solutions announced the promotion of Kristin Desrosiers to Vice President, Asset Management. In her new role, Desrosiers will oversee the full lifecycle of leased assets, including remarketing, end-of-term management, residual value performance, equipment recovery and strategic vendor relationships, while driving operational excellence and maximizing asset value for both the company and its customers.
Since joining PEAC in January 2024, Desrosiers has led the Office Equipment Group Asset Management team and provided strategic leadership that contributed to the successful execution of major portfolio transition efforts. Her operational expertise and deep industry knowledge have strengthened PEAC's asset management capabilities while supporting key
business initiatives.
With more than 25 years of experience in asset finance, Desrosiers brings a wealth of expertise in asset management, remarketing, end-of-lease operations, portfolio management, residual value analysis, vendor program management and process transformation. Before joining PEAC, she held leadership positions at Xerox Financial Services and GE Capital, where she successfully led large-scale asset management organizations, optimized portfolio performance and drove significant operational improvements. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered strong financial results by maximizing asset value, improving remarketing strategies and enhancing customer and partner experiences.
As Vice President, Asset Management, Desrosiers will be responsible for developing and executing PEAC's enterprise asset management strategy.
