Dext Capital Promotes Nilsen to Chief Financial Officer

August 04, 2026, 07:16 AM

Dext Capital announced the promotion of Conrad Nilsen to Chief Financial Officer. Nilsen previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance and has consistently expanded his responsibilities within Dext's finance team since joining the company in 2020.

Under Nilsen's leadership, Dext has issued six asset-backed securitizations with over $2 billion of securitized assets. He has also established and grown Dext’s bi-lateral borrowing facilities to over $800 million. Nilsen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP). He also is a graduate of Gonzaga University and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting.

As Chief Financial Officer, Nilsen will continue to oversee corporate finance, liquidity strategy, funding relationships, and human resources, while assuming broader responsibility for Dext's overall financial strategy, performance and long-term growth.

“Conrad has earned this promotion through his leadership, dedication, and willingness to continually grow alongside our company. He has been a trusted partner in helping build Dext into what it is today, and I’m excited to see the impact he’ll make as he takes on this new role," said Kyin Lok, CEO.

"I’m grateful and honored by the opportunity to serve as Dext's CFO. Since day one, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional group of leaders to build a dynamic, innovative equipment finance platform. In many ways, we're just getting started. Looking ahead, I’m excited for Dext to further strengthen its capital stack, expand its funding capabilities, and find new ways to help our customers and partners succeed," Nilsen said.
