Clarus Capital announced the closing of a $30 million lease facility for a privately held specialty printing company. Facility includes immediate financing proceeds from existing asset base that will be redeployed for strategic investments, with the balance of the facility reserved for upcoming purchases of new equipment that will increase operational efficiency across the production footprint.

Clarus CEO Steve O’Leary stated, “Our team’s unique blend of leveraged finance and equipment finance expertise afforded us the ability to develop a custom financing solution to this client that met all their objectives, including payment flexibility, use of proceeds, and certainty of execution. We look forward to supporting them with additional opportunities in the future”

Pat McAuliffe, Managing Director at Clarus Capital, added, “We met the client's goals of structuring our lease facility to fit within the current debt structure, utilizing existing baskets that did not require any additional amendments or waivers, all while offering attractive pricing to lower their overall cost of capital. As the business continues to scale, Clarus will be positioned well to support as additional capital needs arise.”
