Sparta Commercial Services announced it has further expanded its Southeast geographic footprint through a lease transaction with the Dallas, North Carolina Police Department, involving  the acquisition of new Dodge Charger police vehicles. The Dallas, North Carolina Police Department joins a growing list of over 20 other North and South Carolina municipal agencies that have chosen to leverage Sparta's municipal lease program in order to meet its essential equipment needs.

Sparta’s municipal lease program has gained popularity among cities and towns around the country reflecting positive word-of-mouth between government officials and their partner-vendors alike, and a growing recognition among decision makers regarding the economic advantages of choosing to lease, as opposed to purchasing costly equipment.  By leveraging Sparta’s lease program, costs can be spread over time, thereby allowing the asset to often times pay for itself while providing more flexibility to a municipality's budgeting considerations.

Maria Stroupe, Town Manager of the Town of Dallas, NC, commented, "While researching financing options for our new police cruisers, we were told about Sparta Commercial’s municipal lease program.  Sparta was responsive to our questions and addressed our needs. We were impressed with the Sparta staff that assisted us through process, as well as the overall program."

In addition to police cars and trucks, the Sparta municipal lease program can accommodate almost any essential-use equipment.  Whether it is school buses, municipal trucks, police gear, tactical vehicles, surveillance equipment, fire engines, emergency services vehicles, ambulances, and more.

Sparta's Municipal Leasing Division offers and administers a specialized municipal leasing program for local and state agencies.
