Marlin Business Services Corp. announced W. Taylor Kamp has left his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective Tuesday. Kamp will remain with Marlin as a consultant through the end of this year to assist in the transition of the company’s finance and accounting functions.

“On behalf of the entire organization I would like to thank Taylor for his dedicated service and his contributions to our Company. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” said Jeffrey A. Hilzinger, Marlin’s President and CEO.

Kamp said, “I have valued my time at Marlin as its CFO and believe I have made meaningful contributions to its success. However, I feel the time is right to progress to a new stage of my career which my experience at Marlin has made possible. I am proud of our accomplishments the last three years and I am sincerely confident Marlin will achieve continued success in the future.”

Executive search firm Korn Ferry has been engaged to assist Marline in leading a comprehensive search process to identify Kamp's successor.
