Reuters reported that Uber Technologies is plotting its entry into the long-haul trucking business with its recent acquisition of self-driving truck startup, Otto.
According to the exclusive Reuters report, the company is aiming to establish itself as a freight hauler and technology partner for the industry and Otto is planning to expand its fleet of trucks.
