CWB Financial Appoints Chief Risk Officer, CFO

CWB Financial Group announced a pair of leadership appointments. Carolyn Graham, FCPA, FCA, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer responsible to oversee enterprise-wide risk management, which includes credit risk, market risk and operational risk. She joined CWB 20 years ago and has served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer since 2014.

R. Matthew Rudd, CPA, CA, has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and joins the Executive Committee. His responsibilities include oversight of financial and capital supply management, as well as treasury, strategy, corporate development, investor relations and sustainability. He previously served as CWB's Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, and Chief Accountant. He joined CWB in 2018 from Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. (now Alcanna Inc.) where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  While Senior Manager at KPMG, Rudd was managing director of KPMG Edmonton's Financial Services industry group.
